Mac from 123unlock locksmith was amazing - so kind and professional and got the job done in the blink of an eye. The job was not easy and they were calm and reassuring throughout the entire process. Could not recommend them enough - 10/10 and I am so grateful for their help on Wednesday evening in Islington. My hero!

Locked myself out of my flat near Waterloo during the evening rush. Called 123 Unlock Locksmith, and the technician arrived in under 20 minutes despite Central London traffic. They gave me an upfront quote before touching the lock and had me back inside without any damage to the door. Outstanding, stress-free service in Waterloo—highly recommend!

Thank you 123unlock locksmith for helping me get in as my multipoint gearbox on my composite door was having issues.
There was an alignment issue along with locking and unlocking.
They were spontaneous on a late Friday evening and very reasonable.
Excellent job.
Highly recommended
Thank you lads.

The gentlemen of 123Unlock Locksmiths did an excellent job of what was a difficult lock and full gear replacement. They encountered structural problems with the door and frame design of the older hardware and adapted well with the new upgrade. Extremely professional.
