What information we collect
- Enquiry and booking forms. If you fill in a form we receive the details you type in, such as your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you need, your preferred date and time, and a description of the problem.
- Calls, WhatsApp and email. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email we receive the details you share with us, including your phone number and your messages.
- Website analytics (only if you accept cookies). We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used, such as the call button. This includes your device and browser type, the pages you view and your approximate location. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.
- Website usage recordings (only if you accept cookies). We use Microsoft Clarity to see anonymised recordings and heatmaps of how visitors click and scroll on our pages, so we can find parts of the site that are confusing. Text you type into forms is masked and is not recorded.
Why we use your information
- To answer your enquiry, arrange and carry out the work, and contact you about it. This is necessary to take steps at your request and for our legitimate interest in running our business.
- To keep records we need for legal, tax and insurance reasons.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it. We only do this with analytics cookies if you give your consent.
Cookies
When you first visit, a notice asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you accept, we do not set analytics cookies or load our usage recording tool. You can change your choice at any time: change cookie settings.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): only after you accept. They help us count visits and improve the site.

- Third-party content: some pages show a Google Map, a customer review widget (provided by Trustindex) and a WhatsApp chat button. These services may set their own cookies or receive your IP address when they load. Please see their own privacy policies.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run the website and our business, such as our website hosting provider, our email delivery service, Google (analytics and maps), Microsoft (usage recordings) and WhatsApp. They only process information on our behalf or under their own terms. Some of these providers may process information outside the UK, using safeguards required by UK data protection law.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and job details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations, then we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
